The WorldSkills UK Fashion Design competition is a dynamic competition that seeks to highlight and develop the real skills of the fashion industry. This year’s exciting brief is ‘Reinventing the denim jacket’.
Participants in the competitions will be expected to research. Design and construct a denim jacket for women, relevant for 2010/11.
The gold winner of this year’s competition will receive a week’s work placement in the pattern-room at Debenhams Head Office, London.
