About the competition - Cisco Network Technician - Closed
This competition consists of a series of tasks that include the installation, configuration,
maintenance and troubleshooting of ICT networks.
The competition will test the knowledge and skills learned in the CCNA qualification.
Entry Levels: Advanced
Entry Deadline: 19 March 2010
Entry Type: Individual competitors
Competition Type: Live
Competition structure
Stage one: enter online by 19 March 2010.
Stage two: competitors will be invited to participate in a live heat.
Stage three: highest scoring competitors across all heats that meet the required standard
will be invited to compete at the UK final.
How many can enter?
Two competitors per organisation.

Who can enter?
The competition is for those working or training in the IT industry. Competitors should be
either working towards or have completed their Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
qualification.
Advanced: Those undertaking qualifications up to level 3 (for England, Northern Ireland and
Wales), up to level 6 (for Scotland) or up to five years experience in a working environment.
