This module will help you to understand why certain defects appear on your paintwork, how to identify them and how to avoid their reoccurrence. You will learn about the best ways to remove each defect and will have the opportunity to watch a video which works through the process of removing dirt nibs using the 3M defect removal system. You will also explore the different abrasives available for defect removal.
The module takes two hours to complete. After you have worked through the learning, you need to successfully answer a series of multiple-choice questions before being awarded a downloadable WorldSkills UK certificate.
