Virtual College offer direct support services to all users, be they Administrators, Learners, Auditors or any level of User
You or your provider have licenced the Online System and in return Virtual College agrees to grant you the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Online System.
Whilst we will try our best to make sure the site, and any content on it, will be available or be uninterrupted, we will not be liable to you if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You must keep your username, password or any other piece of information used as a part of our security procedures as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any username or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Terms of Use. Your Provider will be Data Controller for any information about you or your progress within this Online System. Colleges who are uploading details in bulk are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions to add student data. Virtual College provide the System, the content therein is the responsibility of the Data Controller. Where a Learner is completing a Virtual College course, Virtual College will be both the Data Controller and the Data Processor. Virtual College take Data Protection very seriously and keep all data secure in line with all relevant Data Protection Legislation including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
