Today it was announced that members of Team UK, WorldSkills Kazan 2019 and our training team have been recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.
• Hadyn Jakes, Gold Medallist in Aircraft Maintenance at WorldSkills Kazan 2019 has been made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE)
• Rebecca West, Gold Medallist in Beauty Therapy at WorldSkills Kazan 2019 has been made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE)
• Martin Yates, Training Manager for Aircraft Maintenance, has been made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE)
• Conor McKevitt, Silver Medallist in Car Painting at WorldSkills Kazan 2019 has been made a Medallist of the Order of the British Empire (BEM)
• Phoebe McLavy, Bronze Medallist in Hairdressing at WorldSkills Kazan 2019 has been made a Medallist of the Order of the British Empire (BEM)
• Kevin Calpin, former Training Manager for Architectural Stonemasonry, has been made a Medallist of the Order of the British Empire (BEM)
