Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum pro rata

Role Purpose

The role will take forward the development of an exciting content driven digital transformation programme to inspire, develop and innovate the growth of WorldSkills UK products and services reaching 82,000 young people and 6,000 educators.

This post will contribute towards driving forward our ambitions to build new capacity to create a suite of eLearning tools and resources to equip educators in further education and training with materials to supplement their teaching and learning environments drawing from our unique international best practice and competition methodology that drive forward our mission of Excellence at Work.

The successful candidate will have a background delivering high-impact eLearning experiences in a post 16 learning and skills environment and will have responsibility for designing and implementing digital training, translating stakeholder ideas into content and be responsible for digital learning product development. You will have ample experience within Blended Learning and have excellent project and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to effectively create high quality digital learning content across vocational curriculum areas.
