Who is this for?

The Catering competition focuses on the essential skills needed within the catering industry. The Foundation Skills competitions have been created to showcase the skills of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), additional learning needs (ALN), or who require additional support for learning (ASL), who are currently undertaking a course with an FE or training provider at Entry level or level 1.

These competitions provide opportunities for students and learners to develop their vocational skills, wider skills for work, personal, social and independence skills.
How competing has helped Peter build confidence and learn new skills.
