• our education system is very far from what industry/ competition needs in terms of practical digital skills (schools, colleges and Universities) 

• education system does not have awareness of digital skills (in construction in general).

• practical Revit skills 

• practical BIM skills (not just theory) 

• real world project experience, size / speed 

• better understanding of the roles, process and how they feed in.
