Profiles4Care has been named Competition Organising Partner of the Year by WorldSkills UK.
Responsible for delivering the WorldSkills UK Health and Social Care Competition in partnership with WorldSkills UK, Profiles4Care was praised for the work it has undertaken to engage the health and social care industry with skills competitions.
Designed to raise standards in industry and training in over 60 skill areas, WorldSkills UK Competitions enable apprentices and learners to develop their technical and personal skills, while employers can use the competitions to benchmark their apprenticeship and training programmes with organisations throughout the UK.
Profiles4Care delivered a highly successful competition cycle in 2015 including managing the competition finals which were held at The Skills Show. The high standard of the competition resulted in five competitors being selected by Find a Future to train as part of Squad UK for WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017.

The Institute of the Motoring Industry (IMI), the partner for WorldSkills UK auto competitions, the British Florist Association, the partner for WorldSkills UK floristry competitions and Highbury College Portsmouth, the partner for WorldSkills UK web design competitions were all highly commended by WorldSkills UK in recognition of their work as Competition Organising Partners.
