We are delighted to have been awarded the prestigious Federation of Awarding Bodies prize for ‘Best Collaboration of the Year’ sponsored by Civica, in partnership with NCFE the leading awards body. The prize recognises the development of excellent practice, development of leading-edge work as shown through the difference made to our organisation, learners and NCFE.
The partnership between NCFE and WorldSkills UK has deepened since its inception two years ago and we were delighted to see this collaboration endorsed in the Skills for Jobs White Paper earlier this year.
The independent judging panel for the Federation of Awarding Bodies award comprised:

We are absolutely delighted to have won the prize for Best Collaboration of the Year. At NCFE we always strive to work collaboratively and couldn’t be happier that our work with WorldSkills UK on The Centre for Excellence programme is getting the recognition it deserves.
We are delighted to be recognised alongside NCFE for the important work we are both doing using international best practice to develop world-class educators right across the UK, who in turn will inspire the next generation to aim higher, achieve more and succeed in work and life.
