WorldSkills UK is proud to launch its brand-new competition-based learning playbook, which for the first time brings together the full range of its training and development resources, to support educators in embedding world-class training programmes into the curriculum.
The playbook is a strategic and practical guide for educators on using WorldSkills UK’s tools and benchmarking resources at key points throughout the academic year to unlock the potential of all learners. The content can be aligned with standardised curriculum design and incudes operational planning, delivery, and assessment timelines to help educators embed and sequence a world-class connected curriculum.
Bringing together WorldSkills UK’s full range of products into a unified learner journey, the playbook aims to foster excellence in skills development at local, national and international levels. By embedding competition-based learning, educators can enhance student and apprentice engagement through the development of essential skills, boosting of confidence and elevated learning outcomes, all of which prepare young people for success in both their studies and future careers.
